  • Control application covering SSR heating, PID temperature control, and low-speed high-torque vector motor control.

  • Cabinet layout organized for power distribution, control wiring, terminal grouping, and maintenance access.
  • Heating control architecture prepared for stable temperature regulation across the forming process.
  • Drive and motor control functions aligned with heavy-load, low-speed operation requirements.

Inspection & Delivery

  • Component mounting, internal wiring, labels, and terminal organization checked before delivery.
